Invoicing Handler

Your focus area will be providing customer service for the lifecycle of the marine and offshore spares products. You, with your team members, will be responsible for billing documents, invoicing in the correct time frame and providing financial data support to relevant departments. This includes creating invoices to the customer and identifying discrepancies in billing documents by using the company's database.
You will cooperate with logistics and customer care departments and as well with sales support responsible in branches around the world when needed.
The position is a support to MacGregor Global Service Center (GSC) in Gdańsk, Poland.
More tasks and responsibilities
- Creating and distributing daily deliveries report,
- Processing billing documents from the daily report, verifying the data in the system,
- Prioritizing and processing queries from shared mailbox,
- Handling incoming requests (from all parties involved),
- Direct contact with the customer via email regarding billing documents.
- Analyzing processes and proposing improvements
- Monitoring optimal workflow level & communicating to high workload level to Team Leader
- Providing on-the-job training in process, tax practicalities, and the use of ERP systems for new employees.
This role is part of our Global Services Division. Reporting directly to the Team Leader. This position is based in Gdansk, Poland.
What you’ll need to succeed
Good interpersonal and service-minded skills are essential in this position. We are looking for a person who possesses skills of working independently and within a team.
Ideally you have
- 1-2 years of experience on similar position
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer and data entry skills (Microsoft Office and Gmail G-suit) will be an asset
- Skills in SAP or another ERP system will be an asset
- Good view at handling complexity, problem solving and working close to deadlines
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
