  • Fuel Growth & M&A Initiatives: Play a pivotal role in growth, acquisition, and divestment initiatives by delivering hands-on financial modeling, robust business case development, and rigorous due diligence execution
  • Co-create Transformational Opportunities: Facilitate "white sheet" sessions and challenge existing strategies to drive transformative outcomes

What you’ll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you should be a natural bridge-builder and a proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Your strong strategic thinking allows you to challenge the status quo and drive true innovation, while your results-driven approach ensures you can manage multiple competing priorities effectively.

Ideally you have

  • Education: University degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering required. MBA or MSc graduate degree will be a plus
  • Professional experience: 5+ years of relevant corporate or management consultancy experience, business controlling or a related field, with a proven track record in strategic project/program management

  • Analytical & Technical Mastery: Advanced analytical capability, with deep expertise in financial modeling and/or business controlling methodologies
  • Global mindset: Experience navigating international matrix organizations and collaborating smoothly across different cultures and geographies
