Now we are seeking you to join our Digital Development team as a Contract Coordinator, Digital Solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational success of our Digital Product.You will be responsible for financial and operational performance across our digital product installation projects and for digital revenue and costs of our installed base. Acting as the central coordinator between the digital product team and the different key stakeholders within the company, you ensure that the execution of projects and management of the installed base are smooth sailing, and you improve them wherever you see potential for it. 

 

At the current stage, this role requires operational hands-on capabilities. In the near term transformation, this role is transitioning away from hands-on operational execution and toward high level cross-functional coordination, process enablement, and financial performance tracking.

 

This role is within the Digital Development in Global Services Division. Reporting directly to the Digital Product Manager, Digital Development. This position can be based in Germany, Poland or Sweden. You will be surrounded by a multinational remote team of people passionate to shape the digital future of MacGregor together.

More tasks and responsibilities

  • Keep track of costs within customer projects and for product development and support in planning the future budgetary needs together with the Digital Product Manager
  • Hands on work in SAP and Salesforce, to assist carrying out above mentioned tasks
  • Ensure smooth and in time delivery of parts for customer installations, ensure tight integration into the project execution processes, keep track of stock levels, manage suppliers and investigate solutions for leaner solutions 
  • Keep track and report on the  customer subscription and other digital product revenue streams
  • Support designing, implement & improving good onboarding processes for our digital products’ users
  • Support with designing, implementing and improving processes related to digital product delivery, stock management and ordering
  • Support with designing, implementing and improving processes that help MacGregor Sales selling Digital Products as part of their normal routines.

What you’ll need to succeed

We're looking for a self-starter who communicates clearly and contributes effectively in a team environment. This role is for someone with a willingness to grow and who actively seeks opportunities for professional development.

 

  • A background in economics or project management, with 3+ years experience in a similar role
  • Hands on experience and competence in SAP (purchasing, stock) and Salesforce
  • Experience within project management, cost control, and revenue management
  • Proven experience in establishing processes and structures, along with proactive desire to learn and implement best practices
  • Skilled in Excel, Power BI or similar tools
  • Basic knowledge in contract legal terms 
  • Additionally, following competencies are a plus:

- Experience with change management
- Basic Experience in accounting
- Experience in contract negotiations

 

Travelling is  occasionally required during the year, as our team, customers and suppliers are spread mainly across Europe. Together we will try to find an appropriate solution to not let this be a problem for you.
