Join our team in Hamburg and help us manage our Customer Experience. As a member of our CX team, you will have a direct impact on how we work with our clients.
More tasks and responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries as the friendly face and voice of MacGregor, ensuring everyone receives a fast and professional response
- Managing and monitoring the entire workflow, from preparing initial quotes to ensuring the final product reaches the customer on time
- Acting as a proactive coordinator between different internal teams to identify and resolve any issues in the order process
- Building strong, trusting relationships with our clients to better understand their needs and provide the best possible support
- Ensuring all orders are accurately processed in our systems, including the management of claims and feedback to help us constantly improve
- Developing a deep understanding of our products and processes to provide expert advice and high-quality service at all times
Reporting directly to the CX Team Leader. The position will be based in MacGregor’s office in Hamburg, Germany.
What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for a motivated professional who puts the customer at the center of everything they do. You should be a proactive person who enjoys solving problems and can manage multiple tasks efficiently. If you are a great communicator who builds trust easily and works well in a team, you will fit right in.
Ideally you have
- A commercial or technical background or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience in sales or a role where you worked directly with customers
- Good skills in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with ERP systems
- The ability to organize your time well and handle priorities effectively
- Strong communication skills and the ability to listen actively to others
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. German skills are an advantage
