Are you an organised and proactive professional who thrives on coordinating complex project timelines and analyzing Big Data?
We are looking for a Project Planner to join our Offshore Solutions Division (OSD) team. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall planning and monitoring of project-related activities and resources for ongoing projects.
The Project Planner is part of Project Core Team and plays a key role in delivering projects On-Time, and creating decision support for Management.
More tasks and responsibilities
- Establish Project Plans that are aligned with all stakeholders
- Participate in project meetings, update project plans, and highlight early warnings and potential actions
- Participate in further development of Data Analytics and Dashboards
Reporting directly to the Manager,Project Planning. The position is based in Kristiansand,Norway .
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, it is essential that you possess excellent communication skills, a mature personality, and strong multi-tasking abilities. We are seeking an efficient, analytical, and self-motivated professional who can coordinate and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
Ideally you have:
- Bachelor/ Master Degree level, preferably within Economics/Project Management or Logistics
- Experience with sql coding or data analytics tools like MS Power BI, Google BigQuery
- Advanced proficiency in essential IT tools and business software like MS office
- Fluent in written and spoken Norwegian and English.
