Senior Quotation Handler

Are you a driven, analytical, and relationship-focused professional who thrives on complex quotation processes and continuous improvement? We are looking for a Senior Quotation Handler to play a critical role in ensuring efficient flow and high quality in our quotation work.

As a Senior Quotation Handler, you will be the central point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, taking complete ownership of the quotation process from initial inquiry through to completion. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the quotation workflow is consistently precise, timely, and streamlined. Furthermore, you will play an active role in the overall development of the team.

More tasks and responsibilities

• Preparation of accurate quotations based on customer inquiries
• Securing a robust quotation workflow by effectively prioritizing inquiries and adhering to agreed-upon time frames
• Accurately identifying components using the company's database or technical support
• Calculating costs and delivery dates for spare parts
• Process Development and Improvement
• Developing internal capacity through the mentoring and training of Junior and Regular team members.

Reporting directly to the Senior Team Leader, Parts Load Handling located in Norway. The position will be based in MacGregor’s office in Norway, Greece or Poland.

What you’ll need to succeed

To succeed in this role, it is essential that you combine a solid commercial understanding with a technical interest and excellent communication skills.We are seeking a self-motivated, proactive individual who is a team player and takes ownership of their tasks.

Ideally you have

• Commercial or technical bachelor degree, or equivalent through relevant experience
• 4 years of experience in a relevant role
• Solid computer skills, including experience with SAP and Google Workspace, as well as Excel
• Proven experience in leading projects
• Basic technical drawing reading skills
• Solution oriented mindset to identify the challenges and focus on the solutions
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
