We are looking for a meticulous and organized Operations Assistant to support our team with daily administrative tasks and the coordination of service processes. If you possess a strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills, we might be looking for you!

 

Reporting directly to the Operations Superintendent. This position is based in Rio de Janeiro (São Gonçalo / Niteroi), Brazil.

More tasks and responsibilities

 

  • Support service operation administrative work including documentation and updating service processes in the ERP platforms.
  • Work closely with the operation team in daily service arrangement.
  • Assist service engineers in daily activities.
  • Prepare final costing and follow up with customers for service jobs billing.
  • Follow up with customers on service requests.
  • Assist the Operation Manager or Superintendent in daily activities.

What you’ll need to succeed

 

To succeed in this role, you will need to be service minded, capable of carrying out your job independently, and able to handle multi-tasks efficiently while ensuring on-time delivery. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be essential for smooth coordination with both customers and internal teams.


Ideally you have

 

  • Diploma or above with 2 years clerical experience.
  • Attention to detail, strong communication skill, service minded and can carry out job independently.
  • Can carry out multi-tasks & deliver on time.
  • Salesforce familiarisation will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google office applications (Docs, Sheets)
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
