The ITP Specialist will be responsible for input VAT reconciliation, reimbursements checking, payments and treasure management tasks. To provide necessary financial support to local and business to fulfil internal / external customer and business requirements. As the ITP Specialist you will become a key partner in our success!
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Reimbursements checking and archiving
- Payment and local bank management
- Closing and other assignment
- Business support assignment
Reporting directly to the Assistant Finance Controller. The position will be based in MacGregor's office in Shanghai, China .
What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for a person with basic knowledge of Invoice to Pay area, and the ability to work with SAP, Cloud system, SAFE. As a person you are cooperative, problem-solving, strategic planning, and process improvement.
Ideally you have
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance or Business
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Invoice to Pay area
- Strong analytical, problem solving, organisational and communication skills
- Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
- Familiar with the local tax requirement in supplier invoice
