The Logistics Handler will be responsible for performs timely activities associated with inbound and outbound activities not limited only to inventory stock as well as maintains good relations with stakeholders. As the Logistics Handler you will become a key partner in our success! 

Main tasks and responsibilities

●   Frequent contact with stakeholders
●   Process inbound delivery from Vendors & other Logistics center
●   Process outbound delivery for sales order
●   Process picking / packing / delivery for warehouse to proceed
●   Process stock replenishment from Vendors & other Logistics center
●   Handling non-conformities and claims
●   Support stakeholders on price check and negotiation of freight cost
●   Plan and execute annual stock take together with the team leader
●   Other Logistics related task given by the Team leader (Example - Preparing trade documents, Transhipment)


Reporting directly to the Senior Purchasing & Logistics Team Leader. The position will be based in MacGregor's office in Shanghai, China.

What you’ll need to succeed

The role involves continuous customer contact, problem-solving, strategic planning, and process improvement. You will influence key internal stakeholders across the Equipment and Solutions Division (ESD), Offshore and Specialised Division (OSD), and Global Services Division (GSD), acting in an advisory, negotiating, and decision-driving capacity.

Ideally you have
●    Degree educated or equivalent through relevant operational experience
●    Fluent in English, written and spoken
●    Computer skills; MS office basics, G-suite and ERP system knowledge is an asset
●    Team player, interpersonal skills
●    Communicative
●    Self-motivated
●    Accurate
●    Accountable
●    Efficient
