MacGregor – Let's shape the future together
The purpose of this role is to support the entire sourcing team to migrate historical supplier documents to correct Alfresco folders following required document metadata. You also need to support clean/sort/obsolete sourcing documents in drives.
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Identify documents scope with sourcing team
- Migrate to Alfresco document folder following document metadata requirement
- Maintain and record the data
- Verify the task completion with team members
Reporting directly to the Sourcing Process Controller. The position will be based in MacGregor's office in Shanghai.
What you’ll need to succeed
We would like to find a university student who can work 4 to 5 days a week during the summer holiday.
Ideally you have
- Undergraduates or Bachelor degree, no limitation of subjects
- Excellent English speaking and writing is a must, the main contacts of this role are globally located
- Good understand of data analysis and accuracy, and good communication skills
- Having related working/internship experiences is a plus.
