The ITP Specialist will be responsible for managing supplier invoices, employee reimbursements, and vendor relations, ensuring accurate and timely financial operations. The role requires a proactive problem-solving mindset to address issues independently and optimize processes, supporting the company's financial efficiency and compliance.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Verify reimbursements and complete reimbursement process, comply with company policy in a timely manner, archive the original invoices as local statutory requirement.
  • Vendor Master Data maintain and approval.
  • Process and verify supplier invoices for accuracy, completeness in Basware and collaborate with other departments to solve problems.
  • Other tasks in account payable.


Reporting directly to the Assistant Finance Controller. The position will be based in MacGregor's office in Shanghai, China.

What you’ll need to succeed

We are looking for a person with relevant experience in finance or accounting, and the ability to work with SAP/Cloud system/Basware. As a person you are cooperative, problem-solving, strategic planning, and process improvement.


Ideally you have

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance or Business
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, organisational and communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables) 
  • Familiar with the local tax requirement in supplier invoice
  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required
