  • Installed Base Data Expansion: Uncover true potential sales opportunities by expanding data on both MacGregor and third-party installed bases using gap-to-potential and dry-dock planner tools.

  • Market Intelligence & Business Metrics: Work with GSD Business Development and Finance to establish processes and metrics to gather market intelligence and customer information.

  • Cross-Regional & Matrix Collaboration: Coordinate cross-regional sales activities with Sales Director Europe and ANS, and work in a matrix structure with the Global Projects team for project sales.

  • Newbuilding Alignment: Build co-operation with sales peers in newbuilding divisions (Merchant & Offshore Solutions) to ensure lifecycle benefits are communicated to customers at the newbuild stage.

  • Reporting & Forecasting: Participate in business planning and budgeting processes, delivering monthly business review reports as well as monthly spare parts sales and order forecasts.

  • Team Climate & Culture: Create and maintain a positive, interactive, and collaborative team climate within the regional sales organization.
