We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented individuals ready to learn and grow.

This is not just a data entry role—it's your chance to be a core part of our financial operations, learning the ropes of corporate accounting from the ground up.

More tasks and responsibilities

• Provide daily support, including essential data entry and verification within SAP
• Assist with bank reconciliations and Intercompany (IC) accounting
• Review transactions to ensure the completeness and accuracy of all financial data
• Actively participate in crucial month-end closing activities
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation, fully complying with internal control procedures and accounting policies.

This role, a hybrid position based in Sofia, Bulgaria, reports to the Team Leader – Record to Report in Sofia, Bulgaria, with an operational reporting line to the Team Coordinator - Record to Report.

What you’ll need to succeed

We are seeking individuals with a team attitude and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidates will thrive in an international environment, possessing an analytical mindset and a desire to develop and improve processes and ways of working.

Ideally you have

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• 0-1 years of relevant experience in finance operations
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Conversational in both written and spoken English.
