Join MacGregor as our Performance & Reward Specialist, a global role vital to attracting and retaining top talent and influencing our organizational culture. You will be key in executing and developing reward and performance processes that align directly with MacGregor’s business goals and strategy.

More tasks and responsibilities

• Global Job Architecture & Benchmarking: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the Mercer IPE framework, maintaining global job architecture and leading the annual Mercer Total Remuneration Survey (TRS) process. You will interpret global market trends to ensure competitive "Total Remuneration" (Base + Benefits) and conduct equity audits to resolve pay gaps.
  
  
• Reward Cycles & Governance: Lead the execution of the global Salary and Incentive Review cycle, managing complex data, legal nuances, and preparing final payroll uploads. Ensure global adherence to the Rewards framework by auditing pay changes and new-hire offers.
  
  
• Advanced Analytics & Strategy: Champion a data-driven culture by building financial models to simulate the impact of bonus and merit cycles. Develop automated dashboards for Rewards KPIs (e.g., gender pay gap, compa-ratio) and translate raw data into clear, executive-ready presentations—mastering the "So What?" factor for HR leadership.
  
  

Reporting directly to the Director, Performance and Rewards located in the UK. The position will be based in MacGregor’s office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

What you’ll need to succeed

This role offers a high degree of autonomy in analytical judgment and positions you as the definitive Subject Matter Expert for job evaluation and consistent global grading. If you are a proven team player comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving global environment, we want to hear from you.

Ideally you have

• 3+ years in Compensation & Benefits within a matrixed multinational environment
• Hands-on experience with Mercer IPE or a similar point-factor evaluation system
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and the ability to present visualized data
• Cultural Fluency to navigate labor laws and compensation norms across EMEA, AMER, and APAC
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
