Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with data accuracy and structured processes? Join our growing Master Data Management team as a Transactional Master Data Specialist!


We are looking for analytical and well-organized individuals with experience in finance or data operations, ready to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in master data management while contributing to smooth business operations across global teams.


You will primarily focus on the management of customer and vendor data, with key responsibilities including data entry, creation, modification, and extension of master records.

More tasks and responsibilities

  • Create, update, and maintain customer, vendor, and financial master data in line with company policies and governance standards
  • Process ServiceNow tickets related to master data requests and ensure timely and accurate completion within agreed service levels
  • Validate and verify data to maintain consistency and integrity across multiple systems
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support data creation and updates while ensuring compliance with internal controls
  • Identify and propose improvements to simplify and enhance master data processes and technologies
  • Deliver high-quality service and maintain effective collaboration with other finance and process teams.


This role, a hybrid position based in Sofia, Bulgaria, reports to Service Delivery Lead, Order to Cash.

What you’ll need to succeed

We are seeking individuals with proven experience in simple to complex query handling, coupled with a strong customer service focus and excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, problem-solving and  organizational skills. This role demands an individual who is adept at professional communication and is committed to upholding internal controls and policies.

Ideally you have

  • University degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in a master data management
  • Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferable SAP
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
