Looking no further, MacGregor is looking to hire a Specialist, Travel and Expense Management to join our team.
As a Specialist, Travel and Expense Management, your responsibilities include timely and accurate processing of travel and expense requests.
Море tasks and responsibilities
- Perform operational Travel and Expense Management (TEM) related activities requested by team leader
- Expense Report Processing according to the Country Travel and Expense Policy
- Act as a corporate credit card administrator for the countries of responsibility
- Act as point of contact for TEM related inquiries from employees and provide on-demand training
- Participate in projects related to the TEM area.
Reporting directly to Team leader in Invoice to Pay department.The position will be based in MacGregor’s office in Sofia, Bulgaria.
What you’ll need to succeed
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional, who also demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills and is eager to learn and develop new things.
- Bachelor degree in the area of Finance, Business Administration or related
- 2-4 years of relevant working experience
- Good overview of the Travel and Expense Management Area is an advantage
- Experience with travel expense management tools and ERPs
- Experience with Google Workspace and SAP is considered as an advantage.
- Proficient of English of written and verbal
- Proactive and customer oriented attitude.
