Are you a finance professional with a background in Invoice to Pay processes and an interest in expanding your expertise in Travel & Expense management? Join our collaborative Travel and Expense (T&E) team as a Specialist, Travel and Expense Management.
We are looking for detail-oriented and well-organized individuals with strong communication skills, eager to grow within a structured environment while ensuring accuracy and compliance in all T&E operations.
As a Specialist, Travel and Expense Management, your responsibilities include timely and accurate processing of travel and expense requests.
More tasks and responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day Travel & Expense (T&E) operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
- Review and reconcile employee expense reports, providing necessary reports and documentation upon request
- Serve as the first point of contact for T&E inquiries and provide guidance or on-demand training to employees
- Act as a corporate credit card administrator and resolve related issues independently when possible
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service quality and continuously improve T&E processes
- Identify opportunities to simplify and enhance procedures, contributing to ongoing improvement projects and initiatives.
This role, a hybrid position based in Sofia, Bulgaria, reports to Team Lead, Payments and Treasury Back Office.
What you’ll need to succeed
We are seeking candidates with a proactive attitude and a proven track record of successfully completing assignments and projects, which demonstrates reliability and initiative.
Crucially, you need to possess a strong customer service focus, excellent interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships, and an eagerness to learn and develop new things to deliver high-quality support to all stakeholders.
Ideally you have
- Bachelor degree in the area of Finance, Business Administration or related
- 2-4 years of relevant working experience
- Good overview of the Travel and Expense Management Area is an advantage
- Experience with travel expense management tools and ERPs
- Experience with Google Workspace and SAP is considered as an advantage.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
