Looking no further, MacGregor is looking to hire a Specialist, Vendor Master Data to join our team. 

As a Specialist in Vendor Master Data, your responsibilities include supporting the creation and modification of vendor data. This involves validating request data against supporting and bank documents, confirming supplier names and VAT IDs, and routing requests to Finance for approval. Additionally, you will participate in mass VMD maintenance and data cleanup projects.

More tasks and responsibilities

• Perform transactional activities with limited supervision, related to the Vendor Master Data (VMD) area
• Manage requests and support our outsourcing partner CapGemini on creation and update of vendor records
• Support to determine the vendor status (whether the vendor record already exists or not, or if this change is already shown or not) in Ivalua tool and SAP
• Check and file supporting documentation for the creation and updating of vendors. Clean VMD database - duplicate accounts, multiple bank accounts in the same currency etc.
• Responsible for resolving queries from vendors and colleagues
• Ensure data is accurate in company systems and perform Compliance Checks
• Support the Financial Transactional Data (FICO) and Customer Master Data (CMD) processes 

Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Lead, ITP. The position will be based in MacGregor’s office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

What you’ll need to succeed

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional, who also demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills and is eager to learn and develop new things.

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business, Finance or related
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience on a similar position within an international environment
• Previous experience working with SAP
• Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Charts)
• Proficient in English both verbal and written
