MacGregor – Let's shape the future together

The purpose of the role is to support the Customer, Vendor, and FICO Master Data teams in their day-to-day operations while actively developing practical, hands-on knowledge and expertise in enterprise master data management.

More tasks and responsibilities

• Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining master data records for Customer, Vendor, and FICO (Financial Accounting & Controlling) modules within SAP
• Support the timely processing of incoming master data requests in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Conduct routine data validations and quality assurance checks to keep database records clean and accurate
• Ensure all master data entries are complete, accurate, and fully aligned with internal company policies, standards, and procedures
• Actively protect personal and co-worker safety and health by adhering strictly to legal regulations and company safety procedures

The position will be based in MacGregor’s office in Sofia, Bulgaria, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, OTC & MDM Operations.

What you’ll need to succeed

The ideal candidate combines a process-oriented mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented abilities. Self-motivated and able to work independently, they also collaborate seamlessly as a team player. Excellent communication, time management, and task prioritization skills are essential, along with a proactive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn.

Ideally you have

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• Prior work experience is not required
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong focus on Microsoft Excel
• Eagerness to build expertise in SAP and master data management
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
