Are you passionate about delivering excellent service and want to explore a career in Human Resources? We, at MacGregor, are looking for an HR Trainee who will be responsible for delivering HR administration services in line with managers' needs and expectations. 
 

More tasks and responsibilities

• Execute HR processes to deliver HR data administration services in a consistent and efficient way Maintain good working relationships within the other process teams 
• Recognize unusual events or consistent problems and work with the respective mentor in the team Ensure internal stakeholders are satisfied and maintain a positive brand image for the MacGregor Business Services (MBS) 
• Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate in company systems 
• Be part of building up the HTR area in the MBS in close cooperation with the project team 
• Any other tasks assigned by the line manager related to the areas of accountability 
   

What you’ll need to succeed

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources or in the last years of studies 
• Customer service focus and interpersonal skills 
• Analytical, problem solving and organisational skills 
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines 
• Team player 
• Demonstrate an attention to detail and the ability to check one’s own work 
• Proficient in English language - both verbal and written
